1. Domestic shipping
i. FREE SHIPPING on orders above INR 500. For orders below INR 500, shipping is charged at flat INR 80/-.
ii. COD packages will be charged with an additional charge of INR 50 on account of cash handling charges by logistics.
iii. We accept payments via Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Paytm, Cash on Delivery.
iv. Orders from all over India are processed within 48 hours. For orders within Delhi NCR, we deliver in 2 working days and rest of India we deliver in 5-7 working days.
v. You will be notified when your order is out for delivery in your local area.
2. International Orders
i. Every package goes from one checkpoint to another before it gets delivered to you safely, the process
takes time but the travel is quick.
ii. You can expect your package within 6-12 days from your order date.
iii. Although , we take International Order manually on Whatsapp , so we quote everything on
conversation related order.
Returns and Exchange Policy:
The timeline to raise a return request is within 48 hours from the date of order delivery. Kindly ensure that you have an unboxing video of the delivered package to facilitate a seamless return process. Please contact +91 9582002623 to raise the return request.
1. Returns Policy
i. For COD orders, Store Credits or Replacement for the same product will be provided, depending upon the selected return resolution.
ii. Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method.
iii. For Prepaid Orders, will reimburse the original source account within 7-10 business days of upon receiving the items with original labels and tags, excluding the delivery fee.
iv. Once we receive your return order, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of the parcel and proceed with your selected mode of resolution method.
v. For damaged product return request, unboxing video is mandatory.
vi. Tags attached to the product must be intact for raising a return request. If tags are deattached, tampered or removed from the product by any means, the return request will be considered void.
2. Exchange Policy
At the moment, exchange services are not available.
If you prefer items in a different style, colour or size, you can return the items you do not need and place a new order with the desired design, style, colour or size with the help of the store credit available in your registered account.
